Terms & Conditions of Entry
- Information on how to enter and claim giveaway are part of these Terms and Conditions of the giveaway. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- This promotion is open to residents of Australia who are not in any way associated with the promoter or the promotion. Employees and immediate family of the promoter, participating resellers and agencies involved in this promotion are not eligible to participate.
- To be eligible, entrants must: Follow @brotheraustralia and @kelseymontagueart, Like and the post, and tag their most creative friend between 8th June 2022 to 15th June 2022. Winner will be selected 16th June 2022.
- Giveaway model: Brother ScanNCut DX SDX1250 Crafting Machine. Brother reserves the right to replace the item with a machine model of equal value.
- It is the responsibility of the winner to provide the correct address and contact details. If the item is lost in transit due to incorrect addresses supplied will be forfeited. Delivery will be via Australia Post.
- The winner is to advise if they are under the age of 18 years and provide their guardian’s name and address.
- The giveaway item will be sent to winner approximately 10 working days from receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Subject to availability.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of property); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter; (d) any variation in the offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) participation in the offer.
- Giveaway item is not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for other goods or services.
